I have determined that my 440 square foot garden is completely depleted of nitrogen. what should I do?

Did a soil test show those results? You can add nitrogen with a purchased bag of fertilizer with a high first number in the N-P-K ratio. For a slower, but organic option you can grow a cover crop that fixes nitrogen in the soil when tilled under such as legumes. You also can add composted manure for another option. Here is more:
