Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have heard that adding eggshells and coffee grounds to garden soil in beneficial. If so, please let me know what the benefits are. Also, would I need to crush the shells or will they disintegrate naturally? Thank you.

Eggshells are beneficial because they add calcium, which is particularly good in vegetable gardens, as it helps to prevent blossom end rot. You do not need to break them up, but they will compost faster if they are broken up. You can also compost them.
