Adding Compost

Does my garden need new mushroom compost or steer manure each year? I think so, but hubby says no. Thanks.

This really depends on the current state of your soil, but it does not hurt to refresh the soil with either of these each year. In fact, many people amend their soil with compost/manure annually to keep it healthy.
