Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comIn order to add organic matter to the garden now for spring planting, can I just rototill in the tomato vines, carrot/beet tops, lettuces that I have pulled/plucked/trimmed? I live in SE Washington state, if that matters.

As long as the plants were healthy (i.e. no pests or disease), this is fine.
