Abutilon Kentish belle

This year old plant in our conservatory is developing black spots on leaves,with some leaves yellowing and dropping.The leaves also look wet though they are not. The plant itself is really growing.Can you help please?

It looks like you have a pest issue, likely a scale insect. The black on the leaves appears to be Sooty Mold, which is the residue from pests.

Treat the plant with Neem Oil.
