about the fertilizers

Question

I have 4 trees of cocoanut.They are now 14 years old. I have not used any fertilizer as yet. The groth is very slow. I see one of the trees there are 15 cocoanuts on the tree.can I use any fertilizer at this stage ? And if so which fertilizer I can use ?And what about other trees ? My question is same.
