A Struggling Hibiscus

I have a recently transplanted a hibiscus that produces flower buds that turn yellow and fall off just before unfurling. Its leaves are also folding up on themselves. Please help.

It sounds like the plant may need more water. It will shed its flowers first and then leaves when it does not get enough and being newly transplanted, it needs more than it normally would. Increase water to the plant.
