A Broad Leaf Sword With Crown In Center

Question

I have a broad leaf Amazon sword in the dead center is growing like a long stem with what looks like a crown, I had many sword plants and have never seen such a thing can you help me please, oh it’s really cool looking, do or does it flower? Thank you

It does look like a flower stalk, but research shows it won't bloom when the plant is completely submerged, but it will when the plant grows above the water in an aquarium.
