My honeysuckle is not flowering. Any ideas?

Generally, a lack of phosphorus leads to non-blooming issues in maost plants. I would have the soil tested to see what exactly is missing, and in the meantime, it wouldn't hurt to add a little phosphorus, like bone meal, to the soil around your vine.
