Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have some beautiful acorn aquash in my garden but they are not turning green; they are white. Maybe I need to give them more time? Seems like they should take as much time as it takes a pumpkin to turn orange but it’s taking longer. Thanks Martha

I think you may have white acorn squash. There may have been a mix up with the seeds or a mislabled plant. White acorn squash are ripe when white. I would give one a try and see if this is the case.
