Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhat is going on when the leaves on Gerber daisies are being cut off at the ground? I do not see anything at all on them or on the ground. What do I need to do to get rid of the problem? I can turn my back and the leaves to the daisies are then being cut off.

You can try neem oil. It’s effective against most insect pests. The problem sounds like cutworms, so this article will help:
