Yellow spots on seedlings

The plants I started from seeds are about 5 inches high and now getting yellow spots on them. What would make them do this?

This is typically caused by a fungus. If you treat the seedlings with a fungicide, it should clear up. I personally like neem oil as a fungicide as it is organic.
