50+-year-old Tangelo Tree With Yellow And Brown Leaves?

50+-year-old tangelo tree with yellow and brown leaves? What can I do to improve the health of this tree? The leaves that are turning yellow and brown seem to be newer leaves although some of the old ones are as well. Please help!
