eucalyptus leaves falling in summer

It is June and a large 30-year-old, 45-50 feet tall eucalyptus tree leaves are falling in mountains. The leaves have brown spots, and are like brown to white tiny bumps. They stain the concrete or the pool floor. Is this normal?
