4 Season Bulb Collection

Question

Hi, I know nothing about flowers, bulbs planting and when too start. I look on at other gardens wishing mine looked like theirs – so this year I’m going to try. Can you help me buy a selection of inexpensive, perennials, bulbs, seeds and quantity /per square area that will flower throughout the year In my mind I’m thinking spring time plants flower after which summer time bulb/seeds flower – the grand plan. Can you help?
