36 Year Old Camillia No Flowers Or Buds For Last Five Years.

The camillia flowered every year until 5 years ago and it has yellow outside leaves but healthy green ones near the trunk. Is it dying, should I remove it.

Is your camellia ever fertilized? It may need iron or manganese. If the soil has become too alkaline, the plant has trouble taking up nutrients. It prefers an acidic soil. Here is info on how to fertilize. Considering its age, if that doesn't help, you might think about replacing it.
