Q.3 yr old cassia bush
The leaves are drying up. It’s putting out new growth but it also shrivels up and dies. It’s almost all dead. I’ve ruled out climate, watering, fertilizer, fungus, insects. I hate to lose it as it has been beautiful. Help!

Perhaps a toxin could be damaging your cassia bush? If it is located near a road (where salts or leaking oil could be a problem) or a property where herbicides or certain insecticides have been used, these chemicals could have reached your plant's root system or foliage.
