2yrs Citrus With Pale Yellowing Leaves

Question

2yrs research and questioning on the above conditions… 1)-dilemma is we have mole underground tunnels Throughout this planting area -no idea how to determine if the mole/grubs Activity is the cause or not?? 2)- am interested in new treatment/option …Layer of worm castings +..handfuls of citrus food + ..layer of azalea/camellia acid food (Thank you much for your time)
