Wisteria leaf drop

Question

Two weeks ago I bought a wisteria plant. Now all the leaves are falling off. Some of the leaves were a bit mottled. What can be causing this and what can I do about it before it gets bald?

If it's newly planted, it may simply be suffering from a little shock. They normally recover on their own and the leaves will regrow. Make sure it is receiving plenty of water while it establishes its roots.
