2 plants I have in my garden

Dear Sirs
I am attaching two photographs. One is of a large plant with green leaves and has white speckles on the leaves and I don’t know what it is.

The other photograph is of a tall plant showing yellow flowers. The leaves are very similar to the Gladioli leaves, but my glads. have finished flowering and this one has only come out in the lst 3 days, and I don’t know what it is.
