Q.2 Of The Same Plant Are Growing At Different Rates
I have 2 yellow bell pepper plants bought at the same time and they’re growing at different rates. Why? Everything has been done the same.

That happens a lot with plants that are situated side by side. One does better than the other and it doesn't seem reasonable. However, one and not the other could have a fungal disease or insects. Have you checked the underside of the leaves for aphids or other insects? Also try reversing their positions. The shorter one may be getting a bit more shade than the other.
