Tomato Problem

We had tall, leafy tomato plants, but the flowers dried up and many of the actual tomatoes did not fully grow. Tomato flavor wasn’t good. We watered every day. Does the soil need special treatment, or is it possibly too much water?

It sounds like you have a pollination problem. You may need to hand pollinate. These articles will help:
