I have a type of green border grass that is approx. 2 ft. tall. It has thicker, harder foliage than monkey grass. It clumps instead of sending runners. I do not recall seeing any blooms. Do you know what this grass is called?

I just moved into my house last May. I have several bushes on the side of my yard that I thought were forsythias. I don't think they are now because they have not bloomed yet. They have little green buds on them. They bloom yellow flowers that are small on long branches like forsythias do, then they turn green, then they bloom pink flowers in the fall. Any ideas?
This sounds very mysterious. Perhaps there are two different bushes growing together? Look carefully at the leaf shapes of the yellow branches and the pink branches. You may want to take photos of them, or take cuttings and preserve them by pressing the leaves in a book, then send in photos for identification. Or you could take samples to the nearest Extension Service. This link will help you locate one: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/extension-search/
I purchased a houseplant that has leaves that point upward and a blossom grows out of the middle. I think I was told it was called something like baird, or something like that. Two "starts" have grown from it, one on either side. I want to plant the "starts" but when I pulled the mature plant out of the soil (because I was told nothing else would come from it), there didn't seem to be anything that looked like roots coming from the "babies." It put them in water to root them, but am not sure that's what I need to do. The flower that has grown from the main plant is yellow, and as I mentioned, the leaves grow up around the blossom and point upward, in a pointed position. Any help for me?

I bought a 100 year old home and there are several plants in my yard growing wild, with leaves looking like a traditional arrowhead plant and a single bloom that is very pale yellow and a darker yellow stamen. The leaves of the arrowhead are dark green and varigated. They have come up the past three springs. I have looked for a picture of the plant online and cannot find this plant. I live in Hopkinsville, KY. Can you lead me in the direction of a source to find my answer?

We have a low growing weed that has taken over our 2 acre lawn. It turns brown and then has small stickers all over it. What is it and how do we control it? It is fern like in appearance, but grows very low on the ground. We get the stickers in our shoes and spread them everywhere, so they continue to come up. Even get them in the carpet in the house.
Sounds like a type of burr weed, but in order to be certain, it would help to see the plant. Could you send us a picture so we can be of more help in identifying this weed for you?
I have these weeds that keep coming up every year. They grow very rapidly and are bright green with taller stalks that usually get about a foot high, and then the ends curl like crazy. I have been looking online for a few years now and still have not been able to identify them.
Could you send us a picture of the weeds? This would help us to identify them for you.
I saw a patch of flowers last summer on my way to the campground where we camp for the summer, but I don't know what they are. I think they are perennial, but I might be mistaken - they stood about 5 feet tall - the blooms on them had to be a foot wide, in shades of pinks and reds. Beautiful, but I hope if I could send you a couple of pictures you might be able to tell me.
If you could send a picture, we would be happy to help identify this plant for you.
