I live in the 92397 area of California. We have had a typically hot summer but now have a cooling trend. How should the watering be adjusted??
Continue watering your trees in the fall, focusing on less frequent, thorough watering.
This article has great advice for California:

Though not focused on California, these articles provide general advice for watering trees in the fall:

My peach tree is 4-5 years old. Had some good peaches last year and none this year. New leaves grow at the end of the branches and the leaves behind the new ones develop brown holes and die and fall off. The cycle has continued this way all summer. Help
This sounds like "shot hole disease". In this fungal infection, leaves develop brown spots that fall out and leave holes, as you describe. Fruit production is also inhibited.
These articles describe control options for this disease. Some fungicides are not available in all states, so check with a local university extension agent or at your garden supply store for what you can use.

Our Dwarf peach tree has been badly damaged by a combination of heavy-laden branches being broken off by a huge ground hog climbing onto it. It's remarkable that it still produces fruit and the undamaged parts, since the trunk is split and looks half hollowed out. How can we save it? or get this tree to reproduce?
If the trunk is partially hollow this can be problematic. Keep a careful eye out for insects and diseases.
Let the damage heal on it's own.
Over time if the tree continues to grow you can prune to help balance the growth.
Fruit Trees can be started from a cutting or grown from a seed. You may want to start a new tree from either a barefoot or a 1 to 3 year old tree.

Will soaking an outer hard peach pit in water for one week help the inner seed to germinate? It was refrigerated for 3 weeks, eaten fruit. Cleaned outer seed then soaked in water for 2 weeks. Will soaking in water (dropped to bottom of cup) help inner seed to germinate?
This article explains the procedure for germinating a peach pit:

Peach seeds also require cold stratification, or storage in the cold to mimic winter, before germination. The 3 weeks the peach was already in the fridge will probably work for this:

The peaches I grow have numerous black spots and holes. They are juicy throughout and the halves that are clean are delicious. See pictures. What is the issue and how can I prevent it? Thx!
This appears to be Peach Scab.

What or where should I put my peach trees for the winter?
Live in MA...Planted tree in a pot earlier this spring. I'm seeing ANTS and eaten leaves. Not sure what to do. Also, do I bring in the tree for winter or leave outside? Sorry, VERY NEW to this and I can't find the info I need in the research and reading I've done.
The ants are likely attracted to Honeydew, or the secretions of other pests on your tree.
Treat the tree with Neem Oil.
You will need to winter over your Peach Tree in a place that it will receive cold temperatures below 45 degrees F and just above 32 degrees F.
These temperatures will need to be consistent, as Peach Trees need 500 hours of chill time.
A garage or shed can work for your tree. I would add some insulating material around your pot, since your tree is still quite small.
