I planted a peach tree early this spring in the wrong area. The rains came and the leaves all wilted. I removed tree and put in large pot with rose soil, added root stimulator. It's been a couple of days and the leaves are still wilted, any thoughts how this tree can be saved? Thanks
Your tree has undergone two transplants in a short period of time. Transplants are stressful on trees and it will take more than a few days for it to recover and adjust to its new home. My best advice is to give it some time and ensure that you are giving your tree the growing conditions and care that it requires which are outlined in the following article:

We sprayed in the fall and we are beginning to see peach leaf curl. What can we do now that the blossoms are on the trees and the fruit is growing?
Unfortunately, there is not much you can do at this point. Control is impossible once symptoms appear. It is recommended however, to "maintain tree vigor by thinning more fruit than normal, reducing drought stress with irrigation, and applying extra nitrogen fertilizer."

My peach tree has not had any fruit since I planted it last year.
It takes 3-4 years after planting before a peach tree is mature enough to fruit.

I just sprayed fish emulsion and nitrogen on the trees 3 days ago, but the bare limbs have been going on for some time now. Thanks for any help I can get.
I need a little more information - there are so many reasons for twig dieback that I would like to try to narrow this down a little.
Have you noticed any rosettes or little leaves like this:

Have you noticed any amber colored gumming like this:

Or anything else unusual? What percentage of the tree is impacted thus far?

The trunk of my peach tree bark is splitting and it's oozing sap. In one area on the trunk, the flesh of my tree is showing and it has a large crack. What do I need to do to help my tree?
What you are seeing is gummosis - it is a gum/sap that oozes in response to injury, whether by insects (peach tree borer), mechanical injury (such as by pruning), winter damage, or virus/disease.
Below are links that will assist you in diagnosing your tree. The Cornell fact sheets will also help you in repairing your split bark.

I planted 24 peach seeds and they all sprouted and I transplanted them from the little seedling paper pots into plastic ice cream buckets. I used Scott's potting soil. The tree sprouts were doing good but now they are wilting. They are getting watered regularly. What do I need to do to save them? I've spent a lot of time getting this far and don't want to lose them.
With proper care you will not lose them. I also did lots of care of my peach tree. Here I am giving you those links from where I took help.

We have what looks like sap oozing out of the joints in several spots on our peach tree. What do we do and why do we have this?
What you are seeing is gummosis – it is a gum/sap that oozes in response to injury, whether by insects (such as the peach tree borer), mechanical injury (such as by poor pruning - did you prune your tree recently?), winter damage, or virus/disease.
