Have a very green healthy looking passion flower on a fence which gets sun and shade. Had 3 beautiful flowers on which opened about 2 weeks ago. Now have about 6 more buds which fail to open and are just dry inside. Have watered regularly. What am I doing wrong, please?
Make sure the water is draining properly.
A midsummer fertilizer is a good idea, look for a balanced fertilizer.
Bone Meal also can promote flowering.

For just over 3 months, I have grown a passion flower plant with no problems. But recently the leaves have drooped and it looks really sad - as if it has suffered in this hot weather. I don't know if I have over-watered it to make up for it being in too hot a room...?
Over-watering would cause the wilt you are describing. How often were you watering it? Does the soil feel damp or soggy?
How hot a room is it in? Passion plants prefer a 65 - 80 F range. Is it in direct sunlight? Passion plants prefer bright but indirect sunlight. Low humidity could also cause the plant to wilt - you may want to consider misting or utilizing a humidifier.
I have so many caterpillars on my Passion Vine they have eaten all but the bottom leaves off the vines. If I leave them, will they eventually kill my plants? Please advise.
No, they will not kill your passion vine - it will recover. Here is an article that will help you identify which caterpillar you have:

Someone has given me a bucket of young passion fruits vines he grew from seed. I was under the impression the leaves were all bat-shaped but, in this bucket, only a couple are like this. The others have single canoe-shaped leaves. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal- it depends on the variety grown. Most varieties have three-lobed leaves, but there are some with single lobed leaves. For more information on passion flower vines, please visit the following link:

Why are some of the leaves turning yellow and dropping on my passion vine. Has been very hot and dry. I water every am and the plant is growing but dropping lower leaves.
Yellowing leaves generally does indicate a watering issue, to much or to little.
Check the soil. If it feels dry you may need to increase watering, especially in temperatures above 85 degrees.
If this is a container plant you may need to water twice a day in warm weather.

My neighbor gave me a cutting from her passion flower plant that I saw in bloom and asked for. It took a months and months for it to finally root, but it is now about 18" high and doing very nicely, but no flowers. I've put in the spikes to fertilize, but still nothing - just keeps sprouting and sprouting. What to do?
The soil may have more nitrogen than phosphorus, which is responsible for the blooming. Add some phosphorus rich fertilizer or bone meal to the soil to help with flowering.
