I have a Lisbon and lots of lemons trees in big pots. Have read about watering and fertilizing but what about pruning. Both are about a meter high. Thank you Yvonne

I have had my lemon tree for about a month. Some of leaves are looking like something is eating them. Leaves are still green but have pieces missing from them. What should I do?

We started a lemon tree from a seed. It's about 8" tall. Can I put it outside in the pool area?
Yes, you can do that if it's warm outside. Although many lemon trees can tolerate brief periods of temperatures as low as 26 degrees Fahrenheit, I wouldn't recommend that for a sapling. Introduce the tree gradually to outside conditions (a few hours of sun) each day and then bring it back indoors each night for a week. This helps to get the sapling used to being outside. You do this to avoid shocking the sapling and causing it to loose its leaves.
I am growing a lemon plant from lemon seeds I got out of a lemon from the store. I have no problem getting them to grow to about 2" and then the tips of the leaves turn brown, and then when those leaves fall of the small stem, it does nothing else and dies. What am I doing wrong? They are in my kitchen window with morning sunlight. I tried cutting back on watering them because I read that too much water might cause this but I think that was mainly on large mature trees.
I would try starting the seeds in a smaller container.
This will help the seedling develop stronger roots and it is less likely to suffer from overwatering.

I planted a Ponderosa Lemon tree last summer. It is not blooming. What is wrong? I live in south Mississippi.
In your case, I do not believe anything is wrong. Lemon trees typically need to be about 4 years old to fruit so you just need to wait a bit longer.
I live in Las Vegas, and we recently had a horrible wind storm. It is late April, and the wind blew off nearly all of my blossoms/tiny, beginning lemons. Is there any way I can get my tree to bloom again? I had tons of blossoms/tiny lemons, and now I only have about three remaining. Any ideas or do I just have to wait until next year? Thanks.
This is a common issue with citrus trees, wind blowing off blossoms.
You can provide your tree the optimum care.
Depending on the variety of Lemon Tree that you have planted, some cultivators bloom up to 4 times a year.
