I am allergic to the perfume of this tree. How can I stop the flowers from being produced? We have about three of these in an enclosed courtyard type area.
You can try reading the article below and doing the things the article says not to do such as too much fertilizer, pruning at wrong time of year, etc. Besides that, the only real way of discouraging a jasmine shrub of flowering is by cutting it down.

I live in Southern California and have three very large bushes that I water all the time. Has green leaves and they are now sprouting delicate tiny white flowers everywhere! They look kind of like a 5-sided star shape. Very tiny. What am I growing? (Planted by previous owner). Could this be cherry tomatoes? Bushes are planted in shallow-ish ground only about a foot or so in depth, trough like area.
My best guess is that it is jasmine.

We have a large jasmine planted in a pot outside against a west facing wall and for the past 2 years it has shed a lot of its leaves in late April beginning of May. They turn yellowy brown and fall off. Consequently, it looks a bit thin and bedraggled, although it does perk up later in the summer. We do get quite a lot of wind, which I appreciate may be a factor. We try and remember to feed it once a week but have never pruned it, as it has grown to about 12 feet high and has intertwined with trellis work on the wall. What should we do about the leaf drop and how and when should we prune it?

Jasmine should be pruned immediately after they flower to give the vines time to develop growth for the next flowering season.

Our family wants to plant Jasmine by our sidewalk, but we don't know how to keep the Jasmine warm. Can Jasmine even grow in Utah? Like in the summer?
Winter jasmine is probably the best bet for someone in zone 6 like yourself. However, you can grow varieties outside your rated zone provided you bring them inside for the winter. The following article will tell you how to winterize jasmine inside and out:

My Asiatic jasmine ground cover, of which I have 1500+/- square ft., started dying about 6 months ago in a small circle and now about 20 foot diameter. I have been treating it with several things (Sevin, Mole and Vole, Insect killer, Systemic weed killer, Bayer Advanced insect killer, Malathion spray, etc.). It has slowed down somewhat but it keeps creeping larger. This ground cover was planted some 15 years ago and until this have had no problem at all. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
I believe that your asiatic jasmine is afflicted with rhizoctonia large patch disease which causes dieback in circular patterns. For more information on large patch disease and how to treat it, please visit the following link:
Our cat enjoys eating the small white jasmine flower. Is it poisonous? Which jasmine is poisonous?
My research doesn't show it as a poisonous plant.
Consult your veterinary though to be on the safe side.
We have three evergreen Jasmine which, until recently, were growing well and healthy. They now are looking very droopy and sparse, and the underside of the leaves appear to have small white cocoons stuck to them. Can you please tell me what they are and how to get rid of them? Many thanks.
Thank you very much. Will try that
I believe this to be Mealybug. They can be stubborn and may need more then one treatment in my experience.
I would use Neem Oil.
