I have a hydrangea that bloomed for years but since I moved it 4 years ago, it has not bloomed with the same care as before.
You may be lacking phosphorus. If there is a lack of phosphorus in the soil, plants will have little to no blooms. You can either use a phosphorus rich fertilizer or add some bone meal to the soil. I have a hydrangea vine, ten years old. I fertilize in spring, faces southwest, looks very healthy but has never flowered.
I would recommend having the soil tested. While there are many reasons a plant does not bloom, one of the most common is that there is an imbalance in the soil, typically too much nitrogen. Too much nitrogen will cause lush green growth with little to no flowering.
You can try to rebalance the nutrients with some phosphorous, which helps promote blooming.

Do you need to deadhead hydrangea spent blooms like you do roses? And if so, how far down the stem do you cut? Thank you for your time.
No, you do not need to deadhead it. It will be fine without doing this, but you can remove the spent blooms without harming the plant if you would like.
So I pruned my hydrangeas too much. Now what? Are they worthless? Do I pull them out? Two years ago I pruned the hydrangeas back as my friend did. They have never bloomed since.
Is the plant leafed out? If so is it just that the plants are not blooming?
It may not be simply due to over pruning.
I'm listing a few links for you.
Check watering, soil condition. To much Nitrogen in the soil could cause green leaves and no flowers. Have you fertilized?

Why does it not bloom, but the plant is looking beautiful and green?
They may be lacking phosphorus. Give them some bone meal. This article will have some other suggestions:

We bought it 4 years ago. A potted plant, huge, healthy and in FULL BLOOM! Has never bloomed since! I never bother it when it dies down. I don't pull out the sticks or anything. Am so disappointed. It was a beautiful plant with coral colored blooms. Grows great, luscious, huge healthy bush.......but no blooms. Please help.
Is your hydrangea still in it's original pot?
Most recommendations for a potted hydrangea call for at least a 5 gallon pot.
Your plant my have to much nitrogen in the soil. This will cause lush green and no flowers.
You need to add phosphorous. Bone Meal is a good way to do so.

The hydrangea is between the house and driveway. Afternoon sun. Abundant blossoms. Leaves are not yellow. White puffy spots underside of lower leaves.

Allowing more air circulation is the most important preventative measure.
