I have a large hibiscus plant. It has plenty of blooms but they dry up or fall off before blooming. What can I do?
Each flower will only last 24 hours. Sometimes a gardener misses the time that flowers are open, and may mistake them for flowers that didn't open.
Make sure the plant is growing in full sun and receiving daily water.
Check the plant for any signs of insects.

Plants have many buds but the buds seem to turn yellow or simply fall off very easily before they bloom. What can I do to help them?
I'm sorry your Hibiscus is dropping buds!
It could be one of a handful of issues -- this article may help you identify which one is affecting your Hibiscus:

I am a hibiscus grower and have about 50 plants in my home garden. About 30 are planted in the ground, 20 are in fairly large pots. I have a very heavy infestation of, I think, Whiteflies or Euonymus Scale on these hibiscus leaves. While there are a lot of these on and underneath the leaves, after a few days there is a black greasy coating on the leaves. I spray carbendazim based fungicide and Thiamethoxam based fungicide once every week after watering the plants. I also try to pluck the heavily infested leaves. But there is no use, as this infestation is not going away. I am really tired of all combinations I have tried. Can you please help me to get rid of this infestation? I am from Mysore, India. Thanks Rith
Both of these pests are insects so fungicides will not be helpful.

Chemical control is not thought to be the best option for whitefly infestations. Neem oil or other natural insecticides may help, but biological control is thought to be the most effective.
Here are some ideas for treating whitefly infestations. Availability of the beneficial insects listed varies by region, but other beneficial insects may be available for purchase in India.

My Hibiscus tree is not growing well. The flowers and the leaves are very small and I have tried fertilizing it and amending the soil. I do not see any pests on it at all. What else can be wrong and what can I do?
Hibiscus do need fertilizer, but over fertilizing or the wrong formula can actually burn the plants roots or inhibit flowering.

My tropical hibiscus flowers are not opening fully. They only open up halfway everyday. However, they used to open fully. It is called Tiki Hut.
In my research I could not locate a Tropical Hibiscus with the vareity name of Tiki Hut.
Make sure that you are watering evenly. If you are in a warm climate, morning sun with afternoon shade is best.
Don't fertilize with a high nitrogen fertilizer, as this can inhibit flowering.
Pests can cause flowering issues or bud drop, so inspect the plant carefully and treat with Neem Oil if you find any evidence.
