I have yellow cucumbers on my vine; however, some are nice and green. I don't know why some are yellow and some are green. I don't know what I am doing wrong. What is the proper watering for them? Can you eat a cucumber that is yellow? How can I avoid this from happening next year? I am growing them in pots and they are climbing up the fence nicely. How often should I feed them and is it different feeding for different vegetables or do you feed them all the same. I am sorry for so many questions but I am new to this and I want to do a good job. Thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate this.
These may be over ripe.

My cucumbers have been coming in a beautiful dark green, now they're coming yellowish. What should I do?

Happy gardening!
My cucumber plants are loaded with blossoms but no cucumbers are forming. Also, I planted pumpkins and the seedlings are about three inches high but have stayed that way for weeks. Why?
The cucumbers may be having pollination issues, especially if it's been overly hot/humid or rainy. You can help it along by hand pollinating the plants. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/cucumber/hand-pollinating-cucumbers.htm
As for the pumpkins, it may also be a fertility problem. I would suggest getting the soil tested. Also, check the amount of sunlight in which the seedlings are receiving. Here is more information on growing pumpkins: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pumpkin/pumpkin-growing.htm
We planted cucumbers. In the beginning they tasted fine, but now they seem to have a bitter taste to them. Why?
Here is an article that will help you that discusses the reasons for bitter cucumbers:

Try picking them at a smaller size. You may want to grow the variety known as "pickling cucumbers". They are smaller in size and usually much more crispy and with less tendency to be bitter.
My cucumbers are dark green but prickly! Can I still pick them with prickles on? Should the cucumber be prickly?
This is completely normal. All cucumber plants produce prickly fruits (even leaves and stems have tiny prickles on them). Simply wear gloves when picking them to avoid any painful pricks. They wash off rather easily.
I grow cucumbers. However, they don't have a strong taste to them when eaten. What could cause such a problem? How can I make them taste better? Please let me know. Thanks.
You may have just grown a mild variety, but you can try cutting back water just a little. This will force the plant to concentrate its chemicals (and flavors) a bit more which will make it taste stronger.
Why do I have white ones?
This article should help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/cucumber/white-cucumber-fruit.htm
