I was given broccoli straight out of a garden, but it is yellow and green. Is it edible?
It is still edible, but may not be as flavorful as it would be if it was all green.
Is my broccoli too late to harvest if it has yellow flowers growing on the florets? Can I still harvest if the color of some of the broccoli is yellow, or is it bad?
Personally, I would not, as it would be quite bitter tasting. These articles will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/broccoli/harvest-broccoli.htm

My purple sprouting broccoli has purple heads on it but the under shoots aren't growing. What should I do?
To produce the side shoots, you need to cut the main central spear of your broccoli. Removing the central head stimulates the side shoots to develop. As these side shoots grow (4-6" long), you should pick them regularly, which can go on for 6 weeks. Note: if they flower, shoot production will stop.
I'm a first time broccoli grower. If broccoli has bolted, can you still harvest it, and if you can, what is the best thing to do? Is broccoli supposed to get tall or stay low as it grows?
Unfortunately, after they bolt, there is not much you can do but plant them again. This article will give you some tips for keeping them from bolting in the future: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/broccoli/bolting-broccoli-growing-broccoli-in-hot-weather.htm
