I planted 6 blueberry plants specifically for my weather zone, next to my raspberries and strawberries. This was my 2nd year. They haven't grown much and I hardly got any berries? My raspberries and strawberries have taken off but not my blue berries. I have sandy composted soil and blueberries grow well in this area of Northern MN. What am I doing wrong?
It sounds like the soil needs to be more acidic, as blueberries like the acidic environment. I recommend iron sulfate. This will both acidify the soil, and give sulfur to the blueberry, which will help the fruit to develop its taste. We have a blueberry bush that is over 20 years old and taller than the house gutters, probably 15 feet high. I don't know the type. Can I trim it all to maybe 5 or 6 feet high, while clearing out some of the old growth and the not necessary branches, so we can reach the higher berries?
This is going to be a tricky subject. This article will answer all of your questions: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/blueberries/blueberry-plant-pruning.htm
When is it ok to plant blueberry bushes in Zone 7 (Piedmont NC)? Thanks.
It is best to plant them in spring, however you can plant in the fall. It is just better to do this in spring. Also, it is best to get a cultivar that is meant to grow further south. I am in the same climate zone as you, and It can be difficult to get the required cold hours in at these temperatures. ]

How and when should I prune blueberries?
The best time to prune these is late winter, or early spring. As for how to prune them- This will depend on the type of blueberry and its age.

Do you sell Blueberries? Looking for Southern Highbush and Rabbit eye. Thanks. David K.
We do not sell plants. We only offer advice, and articles concerning the care of plants. I would suggest looking to a local nursery, or even online. There are many reputable companies that will ship just about anywhere.
Blueberries turned soft and mushy....opening a blueberry showed small white worms. Had bushes for 20 years and never had anything like this. What can be done to prevent from happening again this year?
They are called blueberry maggots, and this article will give you a better idea of what is going on and how to correct it: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/blueberries/maggots-in-blueberries.htm
