I'm growing bell peppers in the aero-garden. They have a bunch of flowers but they fall off after full bloom. I tried using the paint brush, and I'm using Pure Blend Pro Grow and Liquid Karma. Hope you can help.

My bell peppers are blackening as they grow. What could be the cause? Some fruits are turning black on the outer side and the blackening seems to be starting from the tip of the fruit upwards. It is also only on the outer side, and not on the side facing the plant. Please help.
It sounds like you may have blossom end rot. This article will help with that:

What can I do about green and red bell pepper plants leaves that are withering and bugs are in the peppers? The peppers are decaying on the plants. I have the red pepper plant in a large planter. The green pepper plant is in a large homemade planter with other vegetables and has a drainage system. It seems both plants were doing fine, until recently, when we were getting lots of rain.
It sounds like they may have been affected by overwatering and possibly root rot. These articles will help:

The last two years my bell pepper plants have grown very large and healthy but the peppers have been very small. I am growing the Big Bertha variety. The only fertilizer I have used is 12-12-12. I live in central Indiana. Can you help me? Gary
You may need to have your soil tested. Perhaps, it is simply lacking the right type of nutrients. Here is an article that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/pepper-fertilizer.htm
I have a bell pepper plant that is just not producing any bell peppers. I have been giving it 5-10-10 and all it did was get bigger. It now stands 6 feet tall, and no bell peppers. What is wrong? It is either a red or a yellow bell pepper.
Add more phosphorus to the soil. Your soil is probably lacking this and peppers need this to flower. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/phosphorus-plant-growth.htm

I cannot grow red bell peppers. They spoil on the vine before they turn red. Can you help me?

Can you elaborate on how it is spoiling? If the 'spoiled' part is on the top or side of the fruit, then it is likely sunscald and is from too much direct sunlight. A simple shade cover will help stop it. If it is rotting on the bottom of the fruit, then it is blossom end rot.
