Would like to see white and crimson or deep pink together.
Most Azalea varieties bloom April to May including the Delaware Valley White.
You would virtually have hundreds to choose from!
You should know that my research shows that the Delaware Valley White cultivator is not reliably hardy in zone 5.
My azalea bushes have milky white substance on leaves and I would like best information on treatment. There is 20-25 bushes part shade and afternoon sun.
This appears to be Powdery Mildew.

I have an azalea that is over 10 years old. It was planted with two others beside our house. None grew very much over about 5 years so I moved them to the backyard. Two have died and this one is only about 8 inches high and the dogs broke some of the branches. I'd like to save it and turn into a bonsai. Can I put it in a pot for awhile to get it healthier and what kind of soil should I use?
How does plant grows
It is unlikely that an old unhealthy azalea would make for a good candidate for Bonsai.
You can however repot the azalea to try to return it to a better condition.
Look for a good quality potting mix and a pot with adequate drainage.

The bloom is orange in color. The bush is about 3' tall.
This is an Azalea Gibralter.
One of my azaleas, about 5 years old, has rusty, dead, leaves. It is in direct sunlight (just like the other one that is fine). I also have a forsythia with the same problem. We have many other shrubs that are suffering from the heat, but are doing OK. We live in the country and have dogs roaming freely. Could dog urine cause this? What can we do to save our shrubs? We work hard to keep our 3 acre yard looking good. We really don't want to lose these plants. Thanks for your help in advance.
It sounds like your plant is infected with Rust fungus.
Here is more information for you.

My container azalea is blooming again and it's the 9th of November here in Texas. Should I trim it back or just let it go and hope for the best in spring? It grew a lot bigger this year and I didn't get it trimmed back this summer. Thank you.
A few years ago several varieties of Azaleas were introduced into the market that bloom multiple times a year.
You likely have one of these varieties.
The best time to prune one of these plants is in the spring after it's first bloom.
They should only need light pruning.
I have an Azalea bush that I planted about a year ago. Most of the plant dies but there is one stem that is green with leaves. Is it possible the whole bush will come back or is it a loss?
This is a hardy plant. I had a lot of these in my yard in Neptune beach ,Fl. If you cut it back it should get fuller from the bottom up, however, I did have some that I cut way back because they had gotten so tall that they were sparse a the bottom. I eventually dug them up and replaced the area with cast iron plants.
Azaleas can be effected by many insects, disease and environmental issues.
You can trim away the dead material and wait and see.
If the shrub did poorly from the start you may want to refresh yourself with the growing conditions.
