I live in south Florida and I imagine the care is different and perhaps reversed. My Amaryllis plant bloomed in the winter and now new leaves keep growing. I have my plant in front of a 'cloudy' window in the bathroom. I forgot what that kind of window is called. It does not allow direct sun but lots of light. I would be most appreciative of any assistance you can offer to me.
This article will help you with caring for it:

I would like to keep it but my stem for flowering broke. What can I do to keep it, and if so, should I trim down the beautiful green stems? Please help, I need instructions.
Leave the leaves. This is how it will build up energy for next year. Many people keep amaryllis from year to year. This article will tell you how to care for it to get it to bloom again:

I have a beautiful pink Amaryllis. It has six blooms on one stalk this year and it's had babies for the last few years. The blooms are wilting now after it blooms for a long time. Its seeds are still green. What am I to do with them? They will turn black soon, so I want to know if I should take the blooms off when they start wilting or DYING on the stalk.
If you don't want seeds, remove the blooms as they fade. Making sure it does not go to seed will make for larger blooms in the future as it will focus energy on blooms instead of seeds.
If you want to try growing the seeds, let the seedpod stay until it is dry, then you can plant the seeds.
Someone gave us an amaryllis last week. It has leaves and no blooms to this point. One of the larger leaves bent over and eventually broke a few days ago and now another has started. What should I do?
Here is an article or two that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/amaryllis-hippeastrum/amaryllis-bloom-again.htm

I have lots of Amaryllis planted. The majority of them have never bloomed, but they look healthy otherwise. I have experimented with shade, sun, water, etc. with no luck. Also, the many that do bloom form a large bulb when the bloom dies. Is this a seed bulb that I can use to propagate?
I would try giving the plants that do not bloom some phosphorus to help them bloom.
Yes, the seeds in the seed pod can be used to grow new amaryllis bulbs, but it can take those bulbs many years before they are mature enough to bloom.
My amaryllis plant bloomed beautifully last month (second year in a row). Now I have put it outside and all the leaves have fallen down. Should I cut them? Stake them? Bring the plant indoors again? I truly love the plant.
If you did not acclimate it before moving it outside, it may be suffering a bit from shock. This is ok and it should recover. Do not cut the leaves, and if you can, stake them up. They will probably not stand up on their own again, but the plant will shortly grow new ones that will stand upon their own.

We have had an Amaryllis on our bathroom windowsill since about 2009. The (2) leaves have twice grown to about 18-20 inches in length, but there's no sign of a flower. Why?
If you bought it in November, the bud may have been damaged when shipped and just did not grow. If the leaves are healthy, it should bloom again in late summer, when they naturally bloom.
