Leave the leaves. This is how it will build up energy for next year. Many people keep amaryllis from year to year. This article will tell you how to care for it to get it to bloom again:

If you don't want seeds, remove the blooms as they fade. Making sure it does not go to seed will make for larger blooms in the future as it will focus energy on blooms instead of seeds.

If you want to try growing the seeds, let the seedpod stay until it is dry, then you can plant the seeds.

I would try giving the plants that do not bloom some phosphorus to help them bloom.

Yes, the seeds in the seed pod can be used to grow new amaryllis bulbs, but it can take those bulbs many years before they are mature enough to bloom.

If you did not acclimate it before moving it outside, it may be suffering a bit from shock. This is ok and it should recover. Do not cut the leaves, and if you can, stake them up. They will probably not stand up on their own again, but the plant will shortly grow new ones that will stand upon their own.

If you bought it in November, the bud may have been damaged when shipped and just did not grow. If the leaves are healthy, it should bloom again in late summer, when they naturally bloom.
