Q.Overwintering Rosemary Inside

I have not been successful in bringing my rosemary plants inside for the winter. Leaves turn yellow and they seem to get mites or something. I really don’t want to have to repurchase plants every spring. I live in Seattle and leaving them in a protected spot outside would be great, but I prefer to bring them inside.

I love neem oil for my houseplants in the winter. It does a great job of keeping off the powdery mildew and pests that can kill indoor plants. Here is more info on that:
